SHIPPING & PROCESSING

We offer flat rate shipping on all orders.

We have the following shipping options available:

Standard shipping 3-7 business days 

Please note, shipping time frames do not include processing time. Orders will be delivered based on the option chosen once the order has been processed and prepared by our facility. Orders are only delivered Monday - Friday.

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are processed pending item availability and payment approval. During high volume periods, product availability may be subject to change while your order is being processed.

Most orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will start processing on Monday and ship within 1-2 business days.

 

PRE-ORDERS

All preorder items are made-to-order specifically for each customer. Due to the custom nature of these items, preorders are final sale and cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged once the order is placed.

Estimated ship dates are provided in the product description. Production times may vary slightly due to demand or material availability, but we work hard to ensure your order arrives within the stated timeframe.

By purchasing a preorder item, you agree to these terms at checkout.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail.

 

CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS

Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE

If you believe that your package was lost or stolen, please contact the shipping courier first and send us an email. 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

 

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included in your refund.
